The City was concerned over the deteriorating road condition of N. Old Woodward for a number of years. It is considered as a high priority road for repair/resurfacing. The City has postponed implementing these repairs due to suggested improvements included in the original Birmingham 2016 plan authored by Andres Duany. More recently a collective effort of city officials formulated a detailed plan of the concept. This plan was reviewed by Mr. Kulash in 2002 and modifications were made to the plan as noted in his comments. The attached plan incorporates the modifications suggested by Mr. Kulash. Hard copies of this plan can be obtained form the City Clerk during normal business hours.
