Parking Tickets - Pay OnlineVisit www.certifiedpayments.net and use Bureau Code 9169916, or call 866.549.1010. You will be asked for the ticket number or your license plate number.
Pay by Mail or Drop Box
You may also pay your parking ticket by mail, or use the drop box near Henrietta Street. If your parking ticket is due on a weekend or holiday, we will accept payment on the first business day after the due date. If you are mailing payment, mail to: Treasury Office, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, MI 48012-3001. Please do not send cash.What you should know about Credit Card Payments - By Telephone or Internet Only
VISA, MasterCard, American Express are now available by telephone or internet. You will be asked to pay a convenience fee based upon the amount of your payment. If you agree to pay the convenience fee, you will be given a confirmation number which should be kept for your records. Your payment will be posted on the next business day. All reversals made after posting will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.

The hours of operation for the City parking meters are 9:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

To request a court date for a ticket, please sign the back of the ticket*, complete your name and address and return to:
