Board of Review Dates

The March Board of Review will take place in person.

Tuesday, March 5th an organizational meeting for the Board of Review will meet from 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of business in the Commission Room in Birmingham City Hall.
Monday, March 11th the Board of Review will meet from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon; 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Donor Room in Baldwin Public Library.
Tuesday, March 12th the Board of Review will meet from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon; 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Donor Room in Baldwin Public Library.
Thursday, March 14th the Board of Review will meet from 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Donor Room in Baldwin Public Library.
Friday, March 15th the Board of Review will meet from 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Donor Room in Baldwin Public Library.

The Donor Room is located in the lower level in the Baldwin Public Library.

The purpose of the March Board of Review will be to hear and decide assessment appeals, poverty exemptions, or property classification appeals.

Any Taxpayer wishing to file a hardship appeal that has not already appealed hardship to the March Board, please contact the Treasurer's office at 248-530-1890 or the Oakland County Equalization Division, at 248-858-0776. Appointments for hardship appeals will be scheduled prior to the Board of Review. Any other hardship appeals will be heard at 9:00 a.m. in person.
